CM KCR INAUGURATES DOUBLE BED ROOM HOUSING COMPLEX IN KOLLUR
The Chief Minister opened Asia's largest Double Bedroom Dignity Housing Colony 'KCR Nagar' in Kolluru of Ramachandrapuram Mandal in Sangareddy District. Ministers, public representatives and officials welcomed the CM who reached Kollur by road from Hyderabad. The double bedroom houses are built on 145 acres with a pleasant environment and adequate civic amenities . CM KCR inspected the amenities provided in the housing complex spread over 2.5 km in an electric vehicle . The 2 bedroom houses are being given to the poorer sections free of cost in the GHMC limits. The CM visited a photo exhibition and enquired about the progress of the construction of double bedroom houses built by GHMC in 111 different areas of Ranga Reddy Medchal Malkajigiri and Sangareddy districts . State Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister Sri KT Rama Rao explained the 3D model of double bedroom buildings constructed in Kollur to CM KCR. Later, the CM formally handed over the ownership certificates to the beneficiaries.
RICH AMENITIES IN POOR HOUSES (Garibonke Gharo Me.. Ameeron Soulat)
The state government is building double bedroom houses for the deserving poor with the aim of providing a home with all kinds of facilities in a pleasant environment . The GHMC has taken up the construction of one lakh houses under the 2 BHK scheme. As part of this, the government has constructed 15,660 double bedroom houses with all facilities at a cost of Rs.1,489.29 crores in Kollur. Modern library, police station, fire station, milk booths, petrol stations, basti dispensaries, integrated hospital, bank, ATM, play schools, anganwadi centers, primary school, high school, Veg non Veg markets, various types of infrastructure like markets, community centers, cycling, walking tracks, play grounds, open air gym, indoor sports complex, amphitheater, open air auditorium, Bathukamma Ghat, children playground, shopping complex, grave yards for all communities were provided in the housing complex. Arrangements were also made to supply 78 lakh liters of water every day at a cost of Rs 280 crore rupees to meet the needs of the people living in the 'KCR Nagar' colony.

CM KCR INAUGURATES MEDHA RAIL COACH FACTORY IN KONDAKAL, RANGAREDDY DISTRICT .
CM KCR reached the Medha coach factory at Kondakal in Ranga Reddy district by road. CM KCR unveiled the plaque and inaugurated the Rail Coach Factory established by Medha Servo Drives Company, by cutting the ribbon. The CM toured the entire factory in an electric vehicle. CM KCR himself inspected the works and technology undertaken in the factory.

• Really proud of you. Telangana entrepreneurs took up such a wonderful project of manufacturing rail coaches in the country and the world today. I am happy that the company completed phase 1 with an investment of 2500 crores and started manufacturing today. This factory needs to progress further
• Pharma industries, Poultry industry, Genome Valley in Hyderabad are growing fast and supplying one third vaccination to the world.
• The Telangana government introduced the TSiPASS policy which is unique and nowhere else in the world. The new industrial policy was prepared after about seventy and eighty countries.
• The TSiPASS is a single window for business establishment . Telangana is attracting investments worth lakhs of crores of rupees.
• If the permissions are not given within 15 days then the application is deemed to be approved. We have made a policy to levy a fine of 1000 rupees per day for which the file is stopped by any officer. Industrial progress is registered due to such measures. Information technology is also growing.
Malaysian companies and the companies of four or five other countries are also establishing ancillary units.
• It is a great thing that the company is also ready to supply coaches for the Mumbai Mono Rail project .
• The government will always be ready to provide all necessary assistance, cooperation and support to the growth of this industry.
• I Want this industry to expand further and bring a good name to the state and the country.
CM KCR LAYS FOUNDATION STONE FOR SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL IN PATANCHERU
Ministers and public representatives welcomed the Chief Minister who reached Patancheru in Sangareddy district. CM KCR performed Bhumi puja for the hospital amid chanting of Vedic mantras and participated in special pooja activities.
Government has already released GO No. 82 related to this proposed hospital (on 16.07.2022) at a cost of Rs.184.87 crores on 3.7 acres and an area of 93 thousand square feet. The government will provide state-of-the-art facilities with special departments like Cardiology, Neurology, Nephrology, Neurosurgery, Pulmonology, Urology, Plastic Surgery, Orthopedics etc. Super specialty, OP, IP services, trauma care services, ICU services, diagnostics services will be provided in this hospital. The present hospital was established in 2012 on 5.08 acres with one hundred beds. But after the restructuring of this super specialty hospital.. a new super specialty hospital with 100 beds and the old department with 100 beds will be replaced. In this super specialty hospital which has a total area of 8.78 acres, the new block is being built on 3.7 acres and the old block on 5.08 acres with excellent medical services to the people.
CM KCR SPEECH AT PATANCHERU PUBLIC MEETING – HIGHLIGHTS
• Before the formation of Telangana state, while working as a minister in this district, I did a padayatra for 3 days in every street in Patancheru and slept in the Sangareddy guest house. I knew the problems here .
• Many misconceptions and doubts were raised during the formation of the state. Anti Telangana forces said Telangana will face a power crisis .
• Today, uninterrupted power is supplied to all sectors. Telangana is the only state that provides 24 hours electricity to industries, homes, commercial needs and agriculture, no matter how much trouble the entire country has to face.
• Telangana is the only state that provides safe drinking water to every household
• Telangana is number one in per capita power consumption
• Telangana is number one in the country with per capita income of Rs 3,17,000.
• This progress is possible with the love, blessings and support of the people as well as the efforts and hard work of the public representatives and officials.
• Demand to extend Metro Rail to Patancheru. In view of the traffic congestion, there is a need for a metro from Patancheru to Hayat Nagar. I am promising that the metro line extension will be taken up soon after the government is formed after the assembly elections. In the first cabinet meeting itself, I will sanction the extension of the metro from Patancheru to Hayathnagar. Graning Polytechnic college also for the industrial area. 2, 000 houses will be sanctioned to Patancheru constituency in the double bedroom housing complex started in Kollur.
• Large number of industries are coming here. 15 thousand people are working in the medical devices factory here. The Lake is still to be developed. KTR will work hard to bring IT companies here soon.
• BHEL wants to beautify the Ramasamudram pond . Request to Harish Rao to grant funds from the Irrigation Department and take up the beautification works and make this pond great like Siddipet Komati Pond.
Rs 30 crore funds each to the three municipalities and Rs 10 crore to each division . The three corporators should be involved in the development of the three divisions.
• 15 lakh rupees per panchayat for 55 gram panchayats from CM fund. Will set up a revenue division also .
• Former Chief Secretary Rajeev Sharma and Chairman of the Pollution Board took many steps to prevent pollution here. A super specialty hospital will be built to provide treatment facilities. Took initiative to build a hospital with 200 crore rupees. .
• With the wonderful Kaleshwaram project, we got rid of the drought. Many more programs need to be done.
• I want to tell you that if you are deceived, you will suffer.
• Not only KCR kit but we have launched KCR Nutrition Kits to ensure that the mother and the child are healthy during pregnancy.
• In the field of healthcare, there would have been no other hospital except Osmania, Gandhi Hospitals and Nilofar in Hyderabad.
• Amazing 5 corporate level hospitals are coming soon.
•Ttoday we have established 50 thousand beds.
• We have taken steps to ensure that every bed has oxygen.
• We set up 550 ton oxygen production units at Isnapur. There is no need to request the centre during the emergency
• No one could have imagined that this state would grow so great in such a short span of time.
• Former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu did not support Telangana and he aid said that in the past that if an acre was sold in Andhra, they would buy five or six acres in Telangana. Now, the TDP leader said if they sell an acre of land in Telangana, they would buy 50 acres in Andhra. That means the matter is reversed.
• Land prices in Telangana increased with good government and good leadership.
• Some forces misled the people of Rangareddy district that if Telangana was formed, the land prices would decrease.
• The government of Telangana has the desire, sincerity and honesty to take good care of the people, so we are moving ahead successfully.
• There is no greater sacrifice than the sacrifice of one's life. Children of Telangana sacrificed their lives during the movement. It is the duty of all of us to remember them all on the occasion of the end of the state formation day celebrations.
